48 hours notice is now required for cancellations and reschedule.
Appointments cancelled and rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, but more than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less will be charged the Full treatment fee.
All late fees will be paid prior to any further bookings are scheduled.

Hello! I’m Elsie and I am a Registered Massage Therapist who has been in practice since 2007. I graduated from The Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. I am also a Certified Bowtech Technique Practitioner with The Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia since 2009.
Throughout the years, I have received additional certifications and training in postnatal care including infant massage and breast/abdominal massage and Cupping Therapy for the face and full body. I see the body as a whole, not just symptoms, and treat all of my patients accordingly.
My massage treatments include deep tissue work with slow kneading techniques. I can treat a wide variety of conditions from chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries and scar tissue from post surgical sights.
